Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for ethical products.
- Identify and prospect new healthcare professional leads within the assigned territory (Denpasar and surrounding areas).
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to maintain and strengthen relationships with doctors and medical staff.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, clinical data, and updates to healthcare professionals to ensure product adoption.
- Manage inventory and supply coordination within the territory to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, competitor intelligence, and market trends to the management team.
- Participate in medical seminars, product launches, and regional health campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical/ethical drug industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle for field mobility.
- Deep familiarity with the Denpasar and Bali regional healthcare landscape is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
