As a Medical Representative, you will be the face of Combiphar in the field, providing critical information to doctors and healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders in the Kudus area.
  • Promote and educate medical professionals on Combiphar’s ethical product portfolio.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular product presentations and scientific discussions in hospitals and clinics.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and adherence to company compliance policies at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field, preferably Pharmacy, Biology, or a related science discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a pharmaceutical sales role is highly preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for a sales career are welcome to apply.
  • Deep understanding of the medical sales process and the healthcare landscape in Central Java.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Willing to be based and travel extensively within the Kudus region.
