Combiphar is a leading consumer healthcare company in Indonesia, dedicated to 'Championing a Healthy Tomorrow'. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our professional team in Salatiga.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between Combiphar and healthcare professionals. Your mission is to provide in-depth product knowledge for our Ethical line, ensuring that physicians are well-informed to make the best decisions for their patients. We are looking for an individual with a passion for pharmaceutical sales, strong communication skills, and the drive to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote and detail Combiphar’s ethical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular territory visits to achieve and surpass defined sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize and manage medical seminars or scientific discussions for healthcare stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and territory activity plans for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and professional ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Pharmacy/Science backgrounds are preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned and mobile within the Salatiga area.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical detailing processes.
