Tanggung Jawab
- Execute strategic marketing and sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory in Kelantan.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic assistants.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and detail company products effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer base in the local market.
- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and provide valuable feedback to the marketing and management teams.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Organize and participate in medical exhibitions, product launches, and local promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical/healthcare sales role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of the medical, retail, and consumer products industry.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively within the Kelantan region.
- Ability to build trust and credibility quickly with diverse healthcare professionals.
