Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, clinics)
- Promote ethical pharmaceutical products through detailed scientific presentations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territory
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Organize product training sessions for medical staff
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related health sciences
- 1+ years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
- Results-driven mindset with proven sales abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
