Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with audiologists, ENT specialists, and clinic staff
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training for healthcare professionals
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance metrics analysis
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaign execution
- Ensure accurate product information dissemination to medical partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related field (D3 acceptable)
- Minimum 1-2 years of medical sales or healthcare experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Familiarity with local healthcare networks in Makassar preferred
