Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to doctors and healthcare facilities to promote and demonstrate our range of ethical pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key opinion leaders and medical staff.
- Present product information, clinical data, and benefits to healthcare professionals to support prescribing decisions.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest medical research, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the internal medical team to ensure accurate product knowledge and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within the region.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence others.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and a passion for healthcare.
