Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective territory business plans to achieve sales targets in North Luzon.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and key pharmacy partners.
- Conduct professional product presentations to healthcare professionals regarding P&G’s personal healthcare portfolio.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to analyze sales data and refine regional strategies.
- Ensure high standards of service and product knowledge delivery to all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and market feedback in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or any Business-related course.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical detailing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a wide geographical territory independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the North Luzon region.
- Strong ethical standards and a passion for healthcare excellence.
