Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key medical contacts
- Conduct product presentations and provide clinical information to healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and activity plans
- Organize and execute medical meetings and promotional events
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, or related healthcare field
- At least 1 year of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with proven sales track record
