In this role, you will serve as the primary link between our organization and the medical community, ensuring our high-quality pharmaceutical products reach the practitioners and patients who need them most.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and retail pharmacies while identifying new market opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to medical practitioners to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the San Juan and Mandaluyong areas to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure consistent and timely coverage of assigned territories, including hospitals, clinics, and drug stores.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail partners and assist in ensuring product availability.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence updates, and visit logs for management review.
- Participate in medical seminars, conferences, and exhibitions to stay updated on industry advancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales-oriented role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a daily schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the San Juan and Mandaluyong territories.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a target-driven mindset.
