In this crucial role, you will be the vital link between our organization and the medical community, tasked with driving sales and building enduring relationships with key healthcare professionals across the Upper Pampanga territory. While our operational hub is located in Ortigas, Metro Manila, your primary focus will be expanding our footprint and ensuring maximum market penetration in your assigned area.
As a Medical Representative, you will strategically engage with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. You will provide them with the latest scientific information, clinical data, and ethical marketing materials regarding our Cardiometabolic therapies. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Cardiometabolic products to target healthcare professionals within the Upper Pampanga territory.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and expand market share in the designated area.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and provide accurate scientific information to medical practitioners.
- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate sales reports, call plans, and market forecasts to management.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, symposiums, and local medical events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or any Allied Health Sciences.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage, but highly motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly results-driven, resilient, and willing to do extensive fieldwork.
- Valid professional driver's license (Restriction 1 or 2) and willing to travel.
- Familiarity with the geography and key medical institutions in the Upper Pampanga area is a strong plus.
