You will play a pivotal role in driving market penetration, building long-term partnerships with clinics and hospitals, and ensuring that our medical products reach the patients who depend on them most. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the Penang region.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for doctors, nurses, and medical procurement teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure recurring revenue and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Gather market intelligence and stay updated on competitor activities and medical industry trends.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure product satisfaction and effective utilization by healthcare staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biology, Nursing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Hokkien or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for travel within the territory.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
