Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic administrators
- Drive sales growth by promoting pharmaceutical products and medical solutions to key accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed clinical information to medical stakeholders
- Prepare and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and product availability
- Generate accurate sales reports and maintain comprehensive CRM data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel across Sarawak
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record in meeting sales targets
