Tanggung Jawab
- Drive medical device sales to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals across assigned territory
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic market penetration
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training for medical staff
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific sales strategies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of medical device sales or B2B healthcare sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Valid Malaysian work permit and willingness to travel across Kuala Lumpur
- Deep understanding of healthcare procurement processes and stakeholder dynamics
- Certification in medical technology sales (e.g., DMAT) preferred
