We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic healthcare team in Central Luzon. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive product line to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals across your assigned territory.
As a key member of our sales team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, present product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the clinical and commercial benefits of our healthcare solutions. You will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stay updated on new offerings and industry trends.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell the company's product line to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical staff and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Provide technical product information and support to customers
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory planning documents
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Central Luzon
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
