Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders in the medical field.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing of accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales tactics.
- Handle collection activities and ensure timely payments from accounts, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibits, and training programs to stay updated on pharmaceutical innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business development targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to visit clinics and hospitals.
