As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic MD engagement, meticulous territory management, and effective communication of our product portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure consistent product advocacy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular sales calls and product presentations to medical doctors (MDs) to increase awareness and prescription rates.
- Proactively manage collections and ensure all financial transactions are processed in compliance with company policy.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand market reach.
- Maintain accurate and timely submission of sales reports, transaction documentation, and administrative records.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a medical-related field is highly preferred; fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus for field operations.
