Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy owners in assigned territory
- Promote medical products through effective product demonstrations and educational sessions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and activity documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand market needs and product feedback
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain updated knowledge of medical innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical distribution
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with healthcare professionals
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
