Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct professional product presentations to healthcare providers to promote medical devices or pharmaceutical solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute targeted sales strategies to expand market share.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical research and competitive market landscape.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs to track performance against KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal company policies during all sales activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector (fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or other local dialects are a plus).
- Possess a valid driving license and own reliable transportation for field visits within Kuala Lumpur.
