In this role, you will manage and grow a designated sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring our clients receive personalized service and expert product knowledge. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical professionals, end-users, and procurement teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation, closing, and delivery coordination.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies, providing regular feedback and intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports to the Sales Manager.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, trade exhibitions, and industry events to promote our brand and expand our network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field. Medical or allied health graduates are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, laboratory supplies, or healthcare consumables.
- Possess a solid understanding of medical terminology, hospital operations, and laboratory workflows.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision in a field sales environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within General Santos City and the broader South Cotabato province.
- Must possess a valid professional driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for business use.
