Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Kuching region.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the medical product portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Provide technical support and product education to clients to ensure correct and effective product utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical representation is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Kuching and surrounding areas.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own transportation.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage.
