Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical/laboratory products to healthcare facilities in Southern Leyte
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and medical staff
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare/medical products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, laboratory equipment, or pharmaceutical products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for site visits
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
