Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to healthcare stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional campaigns
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to expand professional network
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Metro Manila
- Deep understanding of local healthcare market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
