Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Promote and sell medical devices through effective product demonstrations and clinical value propositions
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries to management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific sales strategies
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned region
- Stay current with product knowledge and healthcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry and clinical environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Jakarta
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
