As a key member of our sales team, you'll leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with medical professionals, understand their diagnostic needs, and position our laboratory services as essential partners in patient care. You'll conduct regular territory visits, present product demonstrations, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell laboratory testing services to healthcare providers including clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular territory visits and professional engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions on laboratory services and diagnostic capabilities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports including activity tracking and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific promotional strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and healthcare regulations
