Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Deliver professional product presentations and technical information to healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and product loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is a definite advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
