Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, cultivate, and manage new business opportunities with veterinary clinics and animal hospitals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for our range of companion animal pharmaceutical products.
- Provide technical product training and support to veterinary staff to ensure the effective application of our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and veterinary practitioners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and travel schedules for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and support teams to drive successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (experience in veterinary sales is a distinct advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle to facilitate travel within the assigned region.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional local dialects is a plus.
