Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach within the healthcare sector.
- Educate expectant parents on the long-term benefits and scientific advancements of cord blood banking services.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and referral rates.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and lead qualification to final conversion.
- Collaborate with clinical partners and healthcare providers to build a strong referral network.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, tracking activities and KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards performance-based targets.
- Proven ability to learn and articulate complex medical or biological concepts clearly.

- Possess a valid class 3 driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
