Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell the company's ethical drug products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals in assigned territories
- Conduct regular field visits to medical institutions, clinics, and pharmacies
- Present product information, clinical data, and promotional materials to healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit timely documentation
- Participate in product training and professional development programs
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related health sciences)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to pursue a career in pharmaceutical sales
- Willingness to travel and work in a field-based environment
- Proven leadership potential and ability to work independently
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (advantageous)
