Tanggung Jawab
- Promote pharmaceutical products to General Practitioners (GPs) and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to clinics and healthcare facilities within the assigned territories.
- Provide accurate and scientifically-backed product information to healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective product usage.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with medical personnel to foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and territory performance to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using company CRM tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical field is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned regions (Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Kelantan).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and self-motivation.
