Grand W&D Sdn Bhd is a leading healthcare company dedicated to delivering innovative pharmaceutical products across Malaysia. We are currently seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth in the Johor region.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Your primary focus will be to promote our product portfolio, provide accurate medical information, and ensure that our solutions are effectively integrated into patient care pathways.
You will work closely with the marketing and sales management teams to implement promotional strategies, conduct product presentations, and organize educational events. Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the Johor territory.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital decision‑makers.
- Conduct product presentations, CME sessions, and one‑on‑one meetings to communicate clinical benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Manage inventory, process orders, and coordinate timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance, customer needs, and potential improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a field‑based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel within Johor.
- Familiarity with the Johor healthcare market is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining ethical standards.
