Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly targets in assigned territory
- Cultivate long-term relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital procurement managers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to showcase BiO-LiFE's innovative healthcare solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and stay updated on industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Valid driving license with ability to travel extensively across Melaka region
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven sales approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in competitive markets
