Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Zuellig Pharma's diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators)
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within assigned territory
- Conduct detailed product presentations and provide clinical information to medical professionals
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or related healthcare field
- 1-2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Metro Manila
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of local healthcare landscape and key opinion leaders
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and resilience
