Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, specialists, and pharmacists
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for medical teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and activity documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across assigned territory
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of local dialects is advantageous
