Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for medical products in the Central Region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and institutions
- Execute product launch strategies including market analysis, competitive positioning, and promotional campaigns
- Provide comprehensive product training and clinical support to key stakeholders
- Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to gather market feedback and identify new opportunities
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Singapore healthcare landscape and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
