Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in the Perak regionPromote and sell medical products effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targetsConduct regular territory visits to ensure optimal product visibility and availabilityProvide product information and training to healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of our medical productsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunitiesPrepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysisCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategiesEnsure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in sales practices
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industryStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providersResults-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsValid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Perak regionProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systemsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
