Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets and market penetration
- Cultivate long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospital procurement teams
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and clinical efficacy presentations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports
- Provide continuous feedback on product improvements and customer needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for territory travel
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
