Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions across Visayas and Mindanao
- Drive sales growth of B Braun's medical products through clinical value proposition and solution-based selling
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics
- Execute territory-specific sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Deliver product training and clinical education to healthcare providers and staff
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and clinical practices in VisMin region
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness for extensive regional travel
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in healthcare sector
