Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets across Cebu, Davao, and surrounding VisMin areas.
- Act as the primary technical consultant for healthcare professionals, providing in-depth product demonstrations and clinical support.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, procurement officers, and surgical teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust sales strategies proactively.
- Conduct regular site visits to hospitals and clinics to ensure optimal product inventory management and adoption.
- Participate in medical trade shows, product launches, and clinical workshops to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis for the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related Business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales within the Philippines.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, specifically within the Visayas and Mindanao hospital networks.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned VisMin region.
