Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions
- Deliver scientific and medical information about Kalbe Pharma's products and therapeutic areas
- Identify and address unmet medical needs through continuous engagement with the healthcare community
- Monitor and interpret clinical data, research outcomes, and competitor activities
- Organize and facilitate scientific meetings, symposia, and educational programs
- Collect and provide valuable feedback to internal teams regarding market insights and customer needs
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related field
- Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of therapeutic areas relevant to Kalbe Pharma
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
