- Warmly greet and assist patients, visitors, and medical staff in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Manage front-desk operations including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, and handle patient concerns efficiently.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) ensuring accuracy and data privacy compliance.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and assist patients with billing inquiries and documentation.
- Manage facility office supplies and maintain a clean, welcoming environment in the reception area.
- Handle confidential patient files and sensitive information with strict adherence to HIPAA and local privacy protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Office Administration, Health Information Management, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital reception environment is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and electronic medical record systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with distressed patients.
