Tanggung Jawab
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling incoming communications.
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Conduct radiologic procedures, including X-rays and other diagnostic imaging, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment and laboratory facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate patients on medication usage and lab results.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Medical Secretary, Pharmacist, or Radiologic Technologist (Board Certified).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacy laws, and radiologic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hospital management systems and laboratory software.
