Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information on medical devices and supplies
- Manage inventory operations including stock replenishment, rotation, and quality control
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure product availability and accuracy
- Implement safety procedures for medical device storage and customer interactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical products and healthcare terminology
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Certification in first aid or medical training is advantageous
