Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for medical imaging capital equipment in assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Present and demonstrate medical systems to Radiology, Anesthesia, ICU, and EMED departments
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through effective prospecting and client engagement
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless product implementation and customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in medical device or capital equipment sector
- Specialized background in selling imaging systems to Radiology, Anesthesia, ICU, or EMED departments
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets in healthcare technology vertical
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related technical field
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with medical professionals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Mindanao region
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical device market dynamics
