- Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid license as a Medical Technologist from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in operating automated analyzers and performing manual techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of relevant safety, quality, and accreditation standards (e.g., ISO 15189).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
