Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and serology.
- Analyze, interpret, and validate laboratory results to ensure clinical accuracy and consistency.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintain detailed records of all test results and quality control data in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare biological specimens for analysis, ensuring proper labeling and sample integrity.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or test inconsistencies promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare personnel to provide timely diagnostic support.
- Adhere strictly to laboratory safety protocols, biosafety guidelines, and infection control measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (BSMT) or Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).
- Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC Board Passer).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high precision.
- Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and standard lab software.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
