Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of complex laboratory tests including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and serology.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and diagnostic accuracy.
- Analyze test results thoroughly and document findings in accordance with laboratory protocols and quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control policies within the laboratory environment.
- Prepare biological specimens for analysis, ensuring proper labeling and storage procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine quality control checks to validate data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with pathologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (BSMT) or Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science (BSMLS).
- Current and valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Medical Technologists.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; clinical internship experience in a hospital or diagnostic setting is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and basic computer software.
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
