Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive clinical laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology departments
- Execute quality control procedures and validate test results according to CLIA and ISO standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation following HIPAA and institutional protocols
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment including analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopes
- Adhere to biosafety protocols and infection control measures for sample handling
- Participate in proficiency testing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians to provide critical diagnostic insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field
- Valid Philippine Medical Technologist license (PRC)
- Minimum 1-3 years clinical laboratory experience
- Proficiency in automated laboratory systems and LIS software
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Certification in specialized areas (e.g., microbiology, hematology) preferred
