Tanggung Jawab
- Perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and laboratory safety protocols
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues
- Accurately document test results and maintain comprehensive laboratory records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely diagnostic information
- Participate in proficiency testing and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Train junior staff on laboratory procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science
- PRC license as Medical Technologist
- 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality assurance
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Certification in specific laboratory areas (e.g., ASCP, MLS) is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision
