Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology departments
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment ensuring precision and regulatory compliance
- Document test results meticulously using LIS systems with zero-error tolerance
- Implement quality control protocols and participate in CAP/DOH accreditation processes
- Train junior staff on laboratory procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to interpret complex test results for patient care
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents through efficient procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from accredited institution
- Valid PRC license as Medical Technologist
- Minimum 1-year clinical laboratory experience (fresh graduates may apply)
- Certification in laboratory safety and quality management systems preferred
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with attention to microscopic detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts and emergency on-call duties
